To add your web or blog to yahoo, you need to have a yahoo ID.
1. visit http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/submit.
2. click on Submit a website or web page.
then type your url.
3. then it will ask to sign in (if you are not sign in yet)

that's it. you are done. it takes time to index your site in yahoo.
